As we enter the sacred month of Ramadan, The Ali Ahmad Foundation (TAAF) has felicitated Muslims across the globe, urging the Ummah to use the period for deep reflection, and prayers to strengthen their faith in Almighty Allah.
In a felicitation statement on Monday by the Director of Media and Publicity for the Ali Ahmad Foundation, Mujeebat Adewole emphasizes that Ramadan is not only about fasting but also about performing good deeds and being patient and empathetic towards others.
The statement further encourages the Muslim community to make a conscious effort to refrain from actions that could harm fellow adherents and neighbours alike, adding that there is a reward for every contribution to the betterment of fellow human beings and society as a whole.
Highlighting the rewards of Ramadan, the Ali Ahmad Foundation equally encourages Muslims to observe fasting as a moment of self-discipline, devotion, and a deep connection with one’s faith, stressing that this Ramadan should afford an opportunity for spiritual growth.
Whilst celebrating Ramadan 1445AH, the Non-Government Organization appeals to believers to practice charity, compassion, and goodwill not only during the holy month but also throughout the year.
