…Yaman set to sponsor 100 Kwara indigenous students

The indigenous students’ association in Kwara, National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS), National Headquarters has alerted their students both home and abroad to enroll for a free 5 Days Skills acquisition training.
In a press statement released and jointly signed by the indigenous students’ body’s global President and its PRO 1, Comrades – Muftau Mubarak Shittu popularly called Atunlushe, and Adeniyi Ridwan on Friday in Ilorin, the state capital, they noted that the training is aimed at giving students the required skills to be able to gain financial freedom and further contribute to economic growth.
The training, according to the statement, will be focusing on tye and dye, yoghurt production, pastries, liquid wash, and disinfectant production and is scheduled to hold at NLC hall, Ilorin starting from Thursday 25th November to Monday 29th November 2021.
Atunlushe announced that the skill acquisition training is ably sponsored by a renowned philanthropist and politician, Alhaji Shuaibu Yaman Abdullahi, The Commissioner representing Kwara at the Revenue Fiscal and Mobilization Commission (RMAFC).
The statement reads: “The leadership of the National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS) National Headquarters under the able watch of Comrade MUFTAU, Mubarak Shittu (ATUNLUSHE) calls on the entire Kwara State students both home and abroad to enroll for a free 5 Days Skills acquisition training.
“Specifically, the program is an opportunity for all Kwara indigenes in tertiary institutions to stand the chance of learning how to tap from less popularized skills and knowledge that will enhance their entrepreneurship ability.
It added:“The training will focus on tye and dye, yoghurt production, pastries, liquid wash, and disinfectant production. The training is scheduled to hold at NLC HALL, Ilorin.
“Students are therefore Implored to grab this rare opportunity and register for the skills acquisition via ( https://forms.gle/pvZUguJinhGWqK9P7) from Thursday 25th November to Monday 29th November 2021.
“The training shall commence from Thursday 2nd December to Tuesday 7th December 2021. One hundred applicants would be carefully selected and it will cut across all tertiary institutions.”
