The Governor of Kwara State, AbdulRahman Abdulrazaq condoles with the people of Kaima over the death of a foremost religious leader Sheikh Muhammad Bahinda Atiku.
The revered religious leader, Sheikh Muhammad Bahinda Atiku passed away at the age of 104.
According to a statement on Tuesday by the governor signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, he described the late Sheikh “as a great spiritual leader.”
“We commiserate with the immediate family, including the Special Adviser on Civic Matters to the Governor Mallam Atiku, and the thousands of followers and admirers of the late Sheikh,” the statement by the governor’s spokesman reads.
“We ask Allah to grant the late Sheikh Bahinda Atiku al-jannah Firdaus and keep his household on a firm footing of faith.”
